Bariatric Surgery Support Group:

If you have had bariatric surgery or are planning to have it, you are invited to participate in this free bimonthly group where bariatric professionals will address a variety of topics to help you achieve the best possible outcomes. All groups run from 6:00-7:30 PM in Greenwich Hospital's Cafeteria Conference Room.

• Monday, January 9th: "A Lifestyle, Not a Resolution"
• Thursday, January 26th: "Use Your Coping Skills and 'Pay it Forward'"
• Monday, February 6th: "Chef Gavin Presents 'Bariatric Proteins and Grains for Winter Fullness and Satisfaction'" (PLEASE NOTE: class held at 55 Holly Hill Lane kitchen)
• Thursday, February 23rd: "Virtual Supermarket Tour/Savvy Label Reading"
